Located by the picturesque Fuchun River, the actual setting of the famous painting "Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains," in Yinhu Industrial Development Zone, just 25 kilometers away from Hangzhou, the company has a registered capital of 8 million yuan and total assets of 80 million yuan. It has established a subsidiary, Huangshan Zhegong Green Building Technology Co., Ltd., in Shexian County, Huangshan, with a building area of 20,000 square meters and a monthly processing capacity of 2,000 tons.

It has successively introduced state-of-the-art steel structure production lines from both domestic and international sources, including a complete set of automated production lines for H-shaped steel, a fully automatic CNC integrated machine for CZ-shaped steel with shape-changing capabilities, a CNC automatic straight-strip cutting machine, a large 2.5m*1.5m shot blasting and rust removal machine, a 60-series H-shaped steel straightening machine, a CNC 400A plasma/flame cutting machine, a combined punching and shearing machine, CNC sawing machines, CNC flat drills, hollow drills, automatic welding machines, airless spraying machines, 16-ton double-girder cranes, as well as a series of advanced testing equipment such as physical and chemical testing instruments, universal material testing machines, and ultrasonic flaw detectors. The company continuously investment to ensure the advanced nature of its production. In production, the shot blasting machine with a single power of 148KW achieves a shot blasting effect of Sa2.5 grade; centralized gas supply for oxygen and acetylene ensures that carbon dioxide shielded welding and submerged arc welding achieve weld seams of Grade II or above; the use of plasma cutting machines and beveling machines guarantees that the end-face anti-slip coefficient of connecting plates is ≥ 0.4. From incoming material inspection, cutting, assembly and forming, welding, shot blasting, coating, to final product acceptance, every step aims to "create high-quality products" as the ultimate goal.
